Nuspark’s NTL 50 robotic case packer has proved quite popular, so what’s next? At PACK EXPO, the company announced its new NCP-15/25 single cell casepacker, combining the proven robotic flexibility with case erecting, loading and sealing in a single machine frame measuring just 160” long by 60” wide.

Despite the company’s belief that this is “the most affordable top load servo case packer on the market” and features the “industry’s smallest footprint,” there are clearly no compromises regarding performance, reliability or tool-less changeover flexibility from its Schneider Electric color touchscreen HMI.
The single cell casepacker also features Schneider Electric’s powerful ELAU packaging automation system for its precise, repeatable all-servo pick-and-place operation. The two-axis delta robot mechanism is available in single or dual head configuration and uses ELAU servo modules for a clean, easily maintained system. Proven “pin & dome” case erector technology reduces air consumption compared to vacuum systems.
Capable of running up to 25 cases per minute as small as 6”L x 5”W x 4”H and up to 15 cases per minute as large as 14”L x 16”W x 16”H, has a magazine capacity of approximately 150 cases.
