Pro Mach’s research determined that many companies have outgrown hand packing, creating strong demand for a cost effective, entry level automated case packer.

The result is the Brenton BantamPro ELS top load case packer. See it at PELV Booth C-4425 along with tray formers by IPak Machinery, the newest member of the Pro Mach family.
The BantamPro features interchangeable robot modules from automation partner Schneider Electric. A gantry robot peforms 20 picks per minute with product payloads up to 20 lbs., while an ELAU delta 2 robot allows 50 picks per minute and over 50 lbs. A second delta robot arm can even be added to increase capacity.
The new case packer is a good solution for contract packers, specialty product makers, limited time offers and new product launches. The BantamPro is targeted at any packager facing the dilemma of either adding to their labor expense or investing capital in more throughput than they really need.
Plug-and-play, off-the-shelf automation makes the BantamPro economical, reliable and easy to support.
