Nuspark, Inc. (interpack Hall 11, Stand G38, co-exhibiting with partner Packline) represents the growing trend toward a Schneider Electric solution featuring ELAU’s (interpack Hall 5, Stand D19) purpose-built packaging automation system and a complete electrical package from Schneider, including HMI.

Nuspark’s robotic case packer uses ELAU’s robotic library, new delta robot arm and Intelligent Servo Modules, with a Schneider Electric Magelis HMI providing easy navigation. Throughput can be doubled by simply adding a second robot arm to the frame and activating a new software module.
Nuspark’s hallmark is exceptionally compact, efficient cartoners, case packers and palletizers based on inventive mechanical and servo-driven designs. Integrating the equipment into a packaging system are Nuspark infeed systems that transport, collate, orient, buffer, stack and load all manner of products.
Nuspark management is utilizing PacDrive automation systems to eliminate the need for a PLC and take advantage of built-in packaging-specific functionalities for implementing robotic kinematics and servo collating belts with changeovers that are recipe driven from the operator panel.
