The new Blister Express Center 500 from Uhlmann (PACK EXPO Booth N-5102) is said to be the fastest single-lane blister line in the world with consistently integrated processes and a completely continuous operating mode.

For process reliability, a floating forming station provides a continuous, reliable forming process without starting and stopping the material. Non-contact, near infrared heating of the forming film assures consistency, documented by continuous pyrometer temperature recording. All monitoring and coding systems are integrated in Uhlmann's BEC 500 overall process control concept.

To ensure reliable product quality, only good blisters are transferred to the cartoner for further processing. Only 100% correctly filled cartons are released by the cartoner. Blisters are directly transferred to the cartoner. The single-lane operating mode keeps change parts to a minimum, while push-button format adjustments further simplify operation.
