FEGE Machine Speciales introduced the patented TRAINTRONIC lane divider at drinktec, a PacDrive-automated system capable of batching unit containers between two conveyor lines at line speeds up to 150 meters per minute, the equivalent of 100,000 products per hour.
Flexible, virtually zero-maintenance and extremely quiet, the TRAINTRONIC uses extremely simple mechanics empowered by ELAU’s powerful yet economical C200 automation controller, software and just 3 PacDrive servo axes.
The new lane divider is ideal for all types of cylindrical, cubic or complex container geometries. According to FEGE, when the company receives an order for an especially sophisticated machine, the automation architecture will be based on PacDrive because it has permitted them to solve highly complex processes at key customers such as Nestlé Purina.
